How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information when reasonably necessary to service providers that help us operate our business, deliver requested services or communications, process transactions, host data, maintain security, or comply with the law. Service providers may use information only to perform services for us and must handle it appropriately.

We do not share, sell, rent or provide your mobile phone number or SMS messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction includes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, interference, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for legitimate business purposes.
